Appointments can now be made using the NHS App. You can also click the banner above to do a online consultation.

Open access appointments

Patients can telephone the surgery from 8:00 am on any weekday that they would like to speak to a doctor. Routine appointments can be booked up to one month in advance. A separate appointment is needed for each patient to be seen.

The doctor’s appointments sometimes run late, this is often because some patients’ problems take more than the allocated time to deal with.  If this happens we apologise and hope that you are able to wait, if you cannot wait please make another appointment.

Please notify the surgery if you no longer want, or are unable to keep your appointment so that the time can be offered to other patients. Please let us know more than 24 hours before if possible so that someone else can have the appointment.

Urgent Cases

If you have an urgent problem but do not have an appointment on the day, please contact the duty doctor on 0208 985 6675. The duty doctor is available for medical advice over the phone and if necessary will book you in to see a doctor.

If the duty doctor is busy, a message will be passed on for the duty doctor to call you back.
